High purification
The purification percentage for 3nine oil mist separators is 99.997%. Therefore, the air that comes out from our machines is extremely clean, which prevents our customers from having oily surfaces in their workshop and makes for a healthy working environment.
High contamination capacity
3nine’s products can handle highly contaminated oil mist, and can therefore be placed closed to the operation.
High reliability
Compared to filters and other technologies which collect the oil mist, 3nine’s technology separates the oil mist from the processed air. Therefore, 3nine’s technology has no problem with pressure drops over time, and is therefore stable and reliable. Moreover, due to the fact that 3nine’s machines do not collect the oil mist but separate it, 3nine oil mist collectors can operate 24/7.
Low space requirement
Since our machines are compact in size and are not so heavy, they can easily be mounted directly on top of the machine tool, and consequently there is no need for expensive duct work.
The vibration in our machines is so low that it will not cause any disturbances in the working process.
Since our machines are installed directly on top of the machine tool, floor space can be saved. The machine tools can also be moved more freely depending on production requirements.
Low maintenance – Low costs
There are no filters inside 3nine machines, hence no changing or cleaning is needed. Our customers can therefore save a lot of money by reducing their maintenance costs. A HEPA-filter is placed on top of the machine to collect the smallest particles; however, under normal working conditions it only needs changing every 2-4 years.
99.9% of all oil mist that is separated inside 3nine’s rotor will go back to tank of the machine tool and can therefore be reused again, minimizing the loss of cutting fluid.
The air that comes out of our machines is so clean that it can go back into the workshop. Since the recycled air is quite hot, it will heat up the workshop, allowing our customers to reduce heating costs.
Environmentally friendly technology
Choosing 3nine products contributes to a better environment in a variety of ways:
