3nine has developed technology for the purification of process air within industrial Kitchen

Within the food processing industry we are working together with the Centriair company, a company that develops complete systems for air purification within the industry. The installations are primarily made on large-scale frying lines within the food processing industry and in the manufacture of animal fodder. 3nine’s centrifugal separation technology is used in this case to deal with the food fumes that are formed during such operations as frying. The 3nine technology is in many cases used in combination with UV technology to eliminate also gases and odours.
